The officers of the company, James Poserina, Steve LaVista, Van Cohen, and Zee Glavan have decades of combined experience in the IT field and have worked for Fortune 500 companies, such as AT&T, CompUSA, Cannon Business Solutions, Inc., Motorola, Samsung, and Oxford University Publishing. Additionally, we employee a talented staff of managers and designers, all of whom have vast experience in the industry.
Steve LaVista
Chief Executive Officer
Steve has played a key role at Doctrino Systems since its inception. As CEO, Steve leads the company’s corporate strategy, drives product direction and positioning and generates awareness for Doctrino Systems among potential business partners.
Steve brings extensive experience managing call centers, designing IT solutions, and developing and delivering technical training for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T and Motorola.
A graduate of Seton Hall University, Steve is also a member of the American
Society of Training Developers.
Jim Poserina
Chief Operating Officer
Jim is responsible for overall operations of the company. As COO, Jim oversees the development, design, operation, and improvement of the firm's products and services. Jim brings seasoned expertise in data management and on-line content management systems.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Jim is a member of Mensa and the Society
for American Baseball Research.
Van Cohen
Chief Financial Officer
Van is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including financing, reporting and accounting. Van has over 10 years of business consulting and management leadership experience with technology-based companies.
A graduate of Boston University, Van is an active member of the Middlesex County
Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Zee Glavan
Vice President of Business Development
As VP of Business Development, Zee brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the computer industry.
Zee is responsible for all sales activities, researching the viability of new technologies from a sales perspective, mapping out company strategy for expansion into new business verticals and geographies. In addition to his leadership position in Marketing and Sales, Zee is also responsible for developing strategic business relationships with industry partners.
Previously a member of APICS (The Association for Operations Management), Zee
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
